Hi everyone
Have been trying to track down 2 great uncles of mine ,one had great success with frederick Powell who served with the Buffs East Kent Regt 6th Batt ,died in March 1916 ,i wondered doas anyone have or know of any photos of the battallion from around or prior to this time .
The other ive not had much luck with had several matches to his name but no info ,all i know is Albert Powell from Canterbury ,i believe served with the Engineers ,hard to tell as guessing this from very faded and damaged old photo any advice would be greatly appreciated .
This is my ist visit here so hopefully someone out there can help me ,if successfull i hope to research members of my family who survived.
